It's been awhile. Forgive me. Things have been totally crazy as of late. School is getting me down big time. I haven't had my ass kicked like this since that one crazy term when I was taking Physics 213, Infinite Series Equations and Dynamics concurrently. It's kind of nice being *really* put to the test, a 'just do it' type of situation. Yeow.
Last week, my woman came to visit. We had a wonderful time. A quick bite to eat followed by a quick drive to Eugene for the Crystal Skulls / Appleseed Cast / Minus the Bear show found us in the midst of drunken teenagers and other miscellaneous hipsters. I forgot my camera and was a bit pissed, but in the end, it didn't really matter. The 'rock-power' of Appleseed Cast was all but eclipsed by Minus the Bear's totally lackluster performance. They looked tore-up. Perhaps they rocked it hard in Portland the night before. Regardless, I am counting this as their second strike. One more to go...
Quickly driving back to Corvallis, we manage to get pretty sloshed in a short amount of time. We stayed up until 5am.
A totally wonderful trip. I'm such a sucker for a pretty face.
